HISTORY/BACKGROUND

Marshal Paint and Chemical Industries Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in 1998 with the sole aim of manufacturing high quality house and industrial paints – water based emulsion and textured coating plus alkydyl based gloss or oil paints.

In 2000, the technical team was formed with the mandate to examine and profer solution to the problem confronting painting industry with special emphasis on exterior and interior floating materials. In less than six months, the floating materials,  MC-50 and MC-40 the first indigenous floating materials were produced.

In 2004, a technical team headed by the managing director Mr. Emma Nwanegbo was on hand to develop Stucco Marble Effect paint, and in 2008 landmark progress was made and the Smoothest paint in Africa was produced and exhibited at Nigerian Institute of Architect 2008 exhibition at Abuja.

   He has over 20 years varied experience in production. He worked in many company as production manager. The company draws much of its strength and experience from this young, talented, experience MD.
2. Friday Oshiba: Project Manager (B.Tech)
   He is a manager with great wealth of experience. He has been in control of project and other company activities. He has well experience in tender documentation.
3. O.O Onwuchekwa :Production Manager
   He has about 11 years experience, having worked in various production companies before joining Marshal Company.
4. Andrew Iwodi :Supervisor (Chem. Engineering)
   He is a young Engineer with vast training and exposure. His ability to offer solution to urgent and challenging problem stands him out.
5. Iyke Ugochukwu : Accountant (B.Sc)
   He is a man of accuracy with 4 years experience; he has worked with many companies before joining Marshal Paints and chemical Ind. Ltd years back.
